Where possible, we would really appreciate you finding suitable parking outside our main customer car park. This helps keep parking spaces available for customers visiting our leathercraft store while your course is running.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your workshop starts. This gives you time to check in, choose and collect your workshop materials, and settle in before the course begins.
Cookies and coffee will be supplied for you to enjoy during your workshop. If you would like something more substantial, please bring your own lunch.
You must notify Mac-Lace Leather of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled workshop start time to receive a full refund. This is a condition of your workshop booking, not simply a recommendation.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the workshop starts, or failure to attend without cancelling, will not receive a refund, except where a refund is required by law.
We understand that illness, feeling unwell or a family emergency can affect your plans. Please contact Mac-Lace Leather as soon as you know you cannot attend. The same 24-hour cancellation condition applies to these circumstances, subject to any refund rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
We plan our leathercraft workshops around confirmed bookings, and participant numbers help determine whether a class is viable to run. A late cancellation can mean we proceed with a workshop that would otherwise not have gone ahead, with little time to offer the place to someone else.
