Our Returns Policy
Returns can sometimes be unavoidable. We try to handle all returns on a case by case basis, so communicating with us before mailing something back works best.
If we have made a mistake or the product is faulty then we will happily accept the return. If the product is faulty we will replace it or make other suitable arrangements.
If you have ordered incorrectly or simply want to return the goods then we ask that you contact us first.
Mac-Lace Leather will accept returns as long as the merchandise is returned in un-opened containers, with original product packaging, and in new condition, within 30 days of purchase – less the cost of shipping and handling. Rolls of leather that are returned they must be packaged suitably and arrive in the same condition as they left Mac-Lace Leather.
For credit account customers returns will be credited to the account to be used as a credit against future orders.
For customers who paid by cash, credit card or direct deposit, the refund will be processes within 2 weeks of receiving the goods back at Mac-Lace Leather in suitable condition.
Mac-Lace Leather does not allow for merchandise to be exchanged for other items.
If you have returned items and want to order something else then a new order has to be placed.
