Description
Slot style conchos add a decorative nickel finish to leathercraft projects. This 38mm design comes in a pack of 10, making it a practical option when you want matching details across several pieces. Use them to plan coordinated accents for leather accessories, Western-inspired designs and decorative strap work.
The slotted style offers a different look from screw-back decorative hardware. Before choosing your leather lace or planning attachment points, check the slot openings against your intended materials. The listed 38mm measurement refers to the concho size; it should not be treated as the slot width or a recommended strap width.

Using slot style conchos
Consider these decorative fittings for bag flaps, hatbands, belt accents and other leather accessories where the dimensions suit your design. On smaller items, make a paper template first to check how a 38mm fitting will sit. For repeated patterns, mark the centres before cutting or punching your leather so the spacing stays even.
A matching pack for coordinated projects
With 10 pieces supplied together, you can repeat the same decorative detail across a project or keep matching pieces for later work. Slot style conchos can complement other nickel-finish fittings, although colour and shine may vary between different hardware ranges.
Planning your installation
Test your layout on scrap leather before working on the finished piece. Check the fit of the lace, the leather thickness and the space needed behind the fitting. Keep attachment points clear of stitching lines and areas that need to bend freely.
